PLAY is a new section of our site where you can earn PTZ for watching videos. We'll curate a range of videos, including comedy, fashion, music and reality. We'll also be introducing you to some original webisodes you'll find only at Lockerz. We're starting with a select number of videos to get member feedback on what you like and don't like, and we'll include member suggestions to make our collection the best worldwide. It's going to be fun so get ready to press PLAY. (And hear the cha-ching when you do!) Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQ) about PLAY: Q: I like all the videos, but I want to watch more. A: This is just a small taste of what's to come. We'll be adding hundreds, and then thousands of new videos, and we're using this first round to get feedback from our valued early and active members. Q:I selected a video, but it won't load. The screen stays black. A: You most likely have too many browsers open (too many other sites or windows open on the same screen). You'll need to close everything but the Lockerz home page. That should correct the problem. Q: Is there a limit on the number of PTZ I can earn per day? A: You can earn PTZ for watching each video ONCE. After that, you're free to enjoy as many times as you like, but you will only earn PTZ on the first view. Q: How often will you update the collection? A: Frequently. Q: I can't see the tool bar of the player! A: If you are on a laptop or smaller screen, you might need to scroll down slightly. Q: How can I get my favorite artist featured on PLAY? A: Thanks for asking! We love all your great ideas. We are actively asking our early members to let us know what they'd like to see on PLAY. This includes our international members who may know of tons of great stuff we don't get to see in the US. Please send your suggestion to play@lockerz.com. If we use your suggested video, you'll earn some free PTZ. Q: How many videos can I watch at one time? A: One. Q: I didn't get my PTZ. A: You have to watch the video all the way through for the PTZ--which won't be hard since it's a lot of fun! You can see the toolbar at the bottom counting down until "CHA-CHING!" Q: Do Z-listers get extra PTZ for watching videos? A: Yes--they make double PTZ. One more reason to want to be part of the Z-list! Q: My videos aren't loading. What should I do? A: Be sure that you have cleared your cookies and cache, and refresh the page and try again. Additionally, you might need to close some of your brower windows. If the problem persists, try another browser. Lockerz currently doesn't support Google Chrome. We will continue to update these FAQs. Thanks for being part of Lockerz during these early days...and welcome to PLAY! The Lockerz Crew Cosa c'entra sta cosa con la questione della maglietta?
