"Things were fresh out and I didn't get to redeem the prize I wanted." Redemptions are very popular, and many items run out quickly, particularly the games and electronics. We know you must be bummed out if you didn't get the prize you wanted, but remember--PTZ are good for a year after you earn them, so there will be many more chances to use them. "Is there a second wave?" No. As we announced earlier this week, there will only be one wave. "The time didn't work for my time zone." We did our very best to find a time that was optimal for the majority of our international members. However, with members in nearly every time zone around the world, it's impossible to find a time that works for everyone. Remember, PTZ last for a year and there will be plenty more chances to use those PTZ! "I'm international--why can't I get into the redemption?" Only international members will be allowed into this redemption. If you've changed your mailing address in the past 5 days from a US to an International address, you were not eligible to participate in this redemption. Please note that we will have another redemption in April and you will have other chances to participate. "When is the next redemption?" Very soon.
