I've received the confirmation email to entering this redemption, and I Was unable to Join in! "Sorry, you're not in this redemption", excuse the F**k...In this last 2 redemption I was unable to Join in. In my opinion, you will lose many users !! By Lockerz forum Italia. Potete anche toglierci l'ultima scritta riguardo al forum, ma mandate la mail così com'è...forza!!!

Io ne ho già mandate 2, che tanto non prenderanno mai in considerazione. Sanno perfettamente che hanno fatto un errore enorme. A me neanche l'hanno mandata la mail di partecipazione, non mi hanno calcolata per niente XD!

Here are a few notes on the 5X Redemption phases so far: Phase 1 (3/11/11): Phase 1 was a successful redemption for our very first members. Legitimate Lockerz lovers redeeming great prizes. If you couldn't get in, it's OK. Most people couldn't - we didn't have nearly as many members then! Phase 2 (3/13/11): We experienced a technical error shortly after going live and had to bring the Redemption down. When we re-launched, it was over very quickly due to the large number of members eligible to redeem. Phase 3 (3/15/11): We experienced a technical error that left some eligible members unable to access Phase 3. After the redemption, we sent an email to the affected members with our apologies and a PTZ gift. If you were eligible for Phase 3 (if you became a member of Lockerz before August 1, 2010) and you were unable to access the redemption but did NOT receive the subsequent email from us, please email support@lockerz.com with the subject header "Couldn't access PTZ Place.ÔÇØ We realize that we've had some technical issues with our most recent redemptions. We're sorry for any negative experience you may have had, and we're doing our best to improve the redemption process moving forward as we come up with more ways for members to earn and spend their PTZ. We are also working very hard to better defend the redemptions and auctions from cheaters and botters who sometimes complicate site stability and make it difficult for some of our most loyal members to redeem. Rest assured, we are banning anyone caught botting. We know it's frustrating for members to camp for long periods of time, only to be disappointed by the results. We're equally disappointed when we work as hard as we do and things don't go as smoothly as we'd like.
