Salve a tutti.. Oggi vi chiedo aiuto riguardo al fatto che non ho ancora ricevuto il premio del redeem di febbraio..Una ricarica da 5$ Siccome ho visto in testimonianze redeem che alcuni hanno già ricevuto il loro premio vi chiedo: C'è qualche sfigato che come me non ha ancora ricevuto il premio?? Di solito ci mettono più di 1 mese a confermare e-o arrivare?? Ciao e grazie

I tempi sono parecchio lunghi... tuttavia, se ti sei accorta che altri hanno ricevuto i premi del tuo stesso redeem, puoi provare a mandare una mail di sollecito al supporto. Calcola però che c'è gente che sta ricevendo adesso premi vinti a gennaio...

Aaah capisco..Poveracci xD Ma più o meno è la fine che farò ache io .-.

di solito i ritardi non sono un buon segno di "salute"....io ho vinto un decalz bundle ma ancora non ho visto nulla di nulla nemmeno una mail, ho contatto il supporto e peggio di peggio
