SPOILER ( clicca per visualizzare ) Risposta a: [ticketing.lockerz.com #1233221] I have a question about a prize I redeemed at PTZ Place. Da: B. Coz. CITAZIONE Your redeemed PayPal prize was canceled after our fraud team reviewed your account and found evidence of cheating. We see every detail or your account activity, PTZ transactions, and your sent and accepted invites. We can tell when members use duplicate aliases, create or collect email addresses for invite PTZ or Z-List status. We also know when members use bots, scripts and software to give themselves an unfair advantage over other members when it comes to accumulating PTZ or redeeming. Your account and PTZ transactions are subject to review whenever you use your PTZ at PTZ Place redemptions, 24/7 auctions, or for discounts on SHOP purchase. The PTZ you had used to redeem have been deducted as a penalty for cheating. While we understand that you are disappointed by this news, and may want to have your situation further investigated, we are very careful with our fraud screening, and our decision is final. This decision is non-negotiable. You are typically only penalized once if you keep your account clean from this point on. However, if your previous cheating was excessive, you could possibly be canceled and penalized multiple times. We do believe in second chances here at Lockerz, so we will not be closing your account. As long as you keep your account activity clean, youÔÇÖre welcome to participate on the site, including auctions, redemptions and SHOP. Keep in mind that if we find any fraudulent activity in the future, your account will be closed.
