Apro questo topic per scrivere insieme a voi l'email di protesta per gli ordini annullati dallo shop. Io premetto di non aver agito in alcun senso illegalmente, poich├® non ho violato alcun termine di utilizzo del sito, poich├® non ho fatto fake email e ho utilizzato LPA di cui la sezione "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" del term of use non cita in alcun modo, ne fa intendere il suo divieto all'uso. I want the reason of our order cancellation, you have no right to randomly cancel orders, because we spent money to get them LEGALLY and you just shit on this. Adesso vorrei mandare una email, "firmata" (e con firmata intendo aggiungendo nomi e cognomi delle persone che vogliono protestare insieme a me) da chi vuole partecipare, al support di lockerz e a kathy, in modo che l'azione che stiamo muovendo possa avere una maggiore risonanza. Ditemi adesso cosa scrivere nella email in aggiunta a quello che ho scritto sulla pagina di fb e vediamo di riavere i nostri soldi/ptz/diritti/ordini indietro. Email CITAZIONE Dear Lockerz, I am writing on behalf of a group of Lockerz users that during the last two weeks got their orders cancelled due to presumed TOS violations. We absolutely NEVER violated your TOS. So, we would like to know the REAL reason of our orders cancellation. You have no right to randomly cancel orders, because we spent money to get items LEGALLY. You gave us the chance to reach so many ptz, using 5X and buying the Ultimate Wallpaper, but now you leave us without items, without ptz and without the MONEY that we spent for the uw and the orders. We paid for those items, even if discounted, but, although the order has been cancelled, you didn't give us our money back. That's a crime. Your fraud team says we use fake emails, but that's not true. We NEVER made fake emails to get more people invited! Most of us are even not Z-Lister! Moreover, we all spent a lot of time watching videos and writing captchas. What you are doing is totally unfair. In our opinion, you have not considered how many PTZ we could get during the last month. Probably you cannot afford so many orders. But this is not our fault. We want ALL OUR MONEY BACK, including what we spent for Ultimate Wallpapers. If you will ignore us or if you won't give us all our money back, we might consider to contact all the users in the same situation (through all biggest international communities) to move a class action, since you are subjected to international agreements on commerce that USA stipulated with other Nations. In the bottom of the letter there's a list of names of the members who got their order cancelled and want their rights to be respected. Me and all the members who got their order cancelled cannot accept this rights violation. We want Lockerz to move and solve this situation, since we paid to get PTZ and to buy items, but Lockerz just kept money and ptz without any REASON. We won't let this situation pass so easily. ah ricordati quando mandi l'email di "spaziare" 4-5 righe dando 5 colpi di invio prima di cominciare a scrivere, dato che loro hanno un filtro che gli permette di visualizzare l'inizio e quindi capire se leggere o no l'email

Io proporrei a tutti coloro a cui è stato annullato un premio di inviare queste email a katy... che ne dite ? Perchè inviarlo su fb è sicuramente tempo perso111 inoltre direi che tutto il forum dovrebbe protestare poichè riguarda a chi di meno e a chi di più TUTTI !

a me è stata annullata la psp dei redeem(presa a mano), su un account genuino su cui è stato sempre tutto confermato, dovrei unirmi??

ok coninciate a spedirmi in pm i nomi e cognomi degli account in cui vi ├¿ stato annullato l'ordine, che li aggiungo all'email PS: a quanto pare stanno annullando a davvero tanta gente (vedi fb e talkprizes), quindi la nostra email di protesta acquisir├á ancora pi├╣ visibilit├á, poich├® ora come ora, noi del forum, rappresentiamo una buona fetta del'utenza italiana e sicuramente non ci ignoreranno se siamo in molti

Alex l'email è stata fatta per coloro a cui è stato annullato l'ordine dallo shop e quindi chi ha pagato per pigliare un oggetto che è stato annullato e si è visto inoltre tolti tutti i punti utilizzati, quindi mi dispiace ma non posso inserirti. PS: vi informo che sto scrivendo parte della email sul forum di lockerz, per vedere che dicono.. a quanto pare qualche volta rispondono là :\
