dopo essermi visto annullare la ps3 per "fake email" ed essere stato minacciato di ban per spam (ho mandato più di 20 mail a kathy per chiedere una motivazione plausibile) ho chiesto se m'avesse bannato e ha risposto così: No, not banned, don't worry! It looked like you had switched your email perhaps, and I need both the current email, and redeeming email, in order to have visibility into your prizes.
