We went back and confirmed that you had one order previously denied because we discovered account activity in violation of LockerzÔÇÖ Terms of Use or other rules. Understand that the second time you were canceled in March was because you accessed two redemptions and tried to redeem twice when the rules in the 5x redemption stated you were only eligible to redeem one time. You were penalized then and offered a second chance. We also have confirmed that your account reveals no new violations. As a result, the penalty for your April 15th redemption should not be imposed, and we will be refunding the 3000 PTZ related to that penalty. We cannot fulfill and ship prize. This is the best we can do right now. The March penalties still stand as is your continuing obligation to follow Lockerz' Terms and rules. WeÔÇÖre sorry for the mix-up. Però dato che l'annullamento del premio del reginal è stato un "errore" di conseguenza anche la cancellazione dell'ordine dello shop è stato un loro errore e mi dovrebbero ridare i ptz, no?
