Your SHOP order was canceled after our fraud team reviewed your account and found suspicion of additional cheating in your account since your last penalty. Our fraud screening process evolves as we become more and more familiarized with the ways members cheat us to either rack up PTZ faster or make it easier to redeem or bid. Because we have to be careful that we don't reveal to hardcore cheaters what we're catching and what we're not, we cannot reveal the specific reason our fraud team canceled your order, however, what we can tell you is we see every detail of your account activity, PTZ transactions, and your sent and accepted invites. Here are the most likely reasons for cancellations: We can tell when members use duplicate aliases, have multiple accounts, create or collect email addresses tied to non legitimate member accounts for invite PTZ or Z-List status. We also know when members use bots, scripts and software to give themselves an unfair advantage over other members when it comes to accumulating PTZ or redeeming. Some members may not even know or understand what a bot or script is and can't understand why they were canceled when they just watch videos at PLAY to earn PTZ. Understand that there can also be suspicious activity in your account that mimics a script. Don't go overboard camping out with marathon video view sessions to rack up PTZ. Yes, we want members to spend time at PLAY, watch videos, and earn PTZ but any unusual PTZ frequency or velocity that doesn't seem humanly possible can get you flagged. Don't watch video after video, with no break, for extremely long durations of time, as such activity could sometimes be interpreted as using the scripts, extensions, or browser add ons that cheaters use to make it easier to watch more videos and accumulate more PTZ. Don't use any other shortcuts like having multiple videos playing in multiple tabs or captcha bypasses. Like all other websites, Lockerz requires that you enter your true and actual identity info into your account settings. Although we do not endorse the use of third-party shippers, we will allow you to choose to ship to them at your own risk. You may enter a U.S. address in the SHIP To space, but if your account settings do not include your own identity info, the order will be canceled. Same goes for Redemptions and Auctions. If the home address in your Lockerz settings does not match the address registered with PayPal, your prize will be forfeited. The PTZ you had used for a discount have been deducted as a penalty for cheating. No money has been withdrawn from your bank account or credit card and any funds used should be available again in your account within a week of any SHOP order being canceled. While we understand that you are disappointed by this news, and may want to have your situation further investigated, we are very careful with our fraud screening, and our decision is final. This decision is non-negotiable. We do believe in second chances here at Lockerz, so we will not be closing your account. The good thing about being canceled and penalized is the next time you use your PTZ we will only look at your PTZ transactions from the date of your last penalty to the date you redeemed. So you do have a second chance but repeated violations and abuse can ultimately lead to your account being banned. --- TIP OF THE DAY: Always check the FAQ database to commonly asked questions. quello che non approvo è che loro si basino su sospetti o supposizioni.... se mi devi dare una penalità, devi basarti su fatti certi e verificati...

cpt..fermo restando che tu non abbia usato nessun bot, l'annullamento che ti è stato fatto (parlo del tuo caso come di tanti altri in questo periodo) potrebbe essere dovuto al fatto che 3x/5x/video da 500 ptz ti abbiano permesso di guadagnare una valanga di ptz in un modo considerato "anomalo" dal team anti-frode di lockerz? se così fosse si spiegherebbero gli annullamenti fatti "a caso"!!

Secondo me no. Nel mese di ottobre, con LPAD e Decaptcher ho tenuto il PC acceso 30 giorni di seguito (per sfruttare a pieno l'UW), giorno e notte, a vedere video di continuo, e mi è stata tranquillamente confermata una PS3.

Mah... in questo periodo non mi sembra che ci siano molti utenti che lascino acceso LPA tutto il giorno e tutti i giorni (potrei anche sbagliarmi ). Oltretutto, il fatto che Lockerz stia annullando i premi anche a chi non sa cosa significhi la parola "tool" la dice lunga

io ho fatto punti velocemente in effetti... 250mila in 20 gg. e per loro questo è sospetto... quindi secondo la loro logica d'ora in poi condanniamo a morte tutti i sospetti omicidi.... una cosa del genere non doveva dirla, io gliela rivolterò contro. non esiste, se hai modo di verificare con certezza che ho usato tool o affini ok. sulla base di un sospetto non si condanna nessuno... il principio di base è la presunzione di innocenza, non la presunzione di colpevolezza...

In effetti ciò che c'è scritto ha senso... però non sempre hanno adottato tali misure di sicurezza: a volte infatti hanno annullato ad canis cazzum... spero che a me non mi annullino l'ordine

a me sembra strano.. a me interessa la parte dell'invio premi a terze parti, loro dicono: - che si puo inviare a terze parti e che siamo noi a rischiare - nell indirizzo americano bisogna avere nome e cognome proprio (but if your account settings do not include your own identity info...) - bisogna avere i dati di lockerz uguali a quelli di paypal.. (If the home address in your Lockerz settings does not match the address registered with PayPal, your prize will be forfeited) quindi io per comprare dovreia vere cosi: - dati lockerz in settings italiani uguali a paypal (italiani entrambi) - dati ship in shop americani ma con nome e cognome mio (americani) giusto? il problema che a me un altro dell support ha detto che l'invio a terze parti è vietato..

Hai fatto bene kekko, tanto la seconda chance non esiste più da aprile ormai. A me hanno cancellato per 3 volte il premio e ogni volta mi dicevano di questa seconda chance, che puntualmente poi non era vera anzi hanno direttamente bannato l'account! Piccolo OT per andreoskit che hai messo questa firma: Youssi non è italiano, bensì è di Casablanca, in Marocco. Oltre a sapere la sua lingua parla e scrive abbastanza bene l'italiano, quindi onestamente quella tua firma mi sembra totalmente fuori luogo e stupida, e sarebbe veramente saggio toglierla
